Service Agreement
These terms govern window-cleaning services performed by West Texas Shine. A scheduled appointment constitutes acceptance of these terms. The scope of each job is confirmed in your free quote before any work begins.
Pricing & Payment
All quotes are free and carry no obligation to book. The final price is confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your actual price depends on your property's size, the number of windows, and the scope of work.
Scheduling
We're available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. We'll work with you to find a time that fits, and confirm the details before the visit.
Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel an appointment at no charge with reasonable notice. Weather-related reschedules are never charged.
Liability
We take care with every job and will flag any conditions we observe that may affect the result before we begin. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, surfaces in disrepair, or items not disclosed before the visit.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
