Privacy policy
How we handle your information.
Last updated 2026.
Information We Collect
When you request a quote, we collect the contact details you provide — your name, phone number, and email if you share it — along with details about your property and the window-cleaning service you need.
How We Use It
We use your information to prepare and follow up about quotes, schedule and perform services, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Quote and job details are stored on systems with access limited to our team. We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain records only as long as needed to provide service and respond to any follow-up.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may use service providers to help run our business (for example, tools that store form submissions), and we share only what is necessary for them to provide that service.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies to improve your visit — for example, to remember form entries between pages. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to request a quote.
